It's Tuesday and I haven't had dinner yet. But I'm already dreaming about Wednesday's breakfast:
Use the word "whipped" to describe food, and I immediately think fluffycloudmarshmallowawesomeness. Luckily, this meal lives up to the expectations -- albeit in a healthy, wholesome way. All the credit goes to Kath Eats Real Food for this one, although I don't follow the recipe exactly (no chia seeds, etc.). Try it and thank me for pointing you in the right direction. ;)
