Simplicity List: Pumpkin Pie Sundae

I'm off work today to celebrate my husband's birthday weekend, so the vibe around here is one of celebration, which I love. Here's a handful of other things that have made me smile lately:


  • The sleepy, smiling look on my husband's face when I brought him Starbucks early on his birthday morning
  • When my cup of hot chocolate warms up my cold fingertips on chilly mornings
  • Discovering other blogs
  • Curbing a craving for pumpkin pie with TJ's pumpkin ice cream, some crushed graham crackers and a lightly toasted marshmallow
  • Daydreaming about pretty much anything
  • The first crisp, sweet bite of a fuji apple

    Dinner with friends last night made me happy ... and a good cup of coffee also made me happy this week.
