Simplicity List: Setting the Table

Here are some simple things that have made me happy lately:

  • The howl of the wind on a lazy morning
  • Adding cinnamon to my morning tea and watching the tiny dots swirl around the mug
  • An empty kitchen sink
  • Setting the table for breakfast on a Saturday morning

    An empty kitchen sink DOES make me happy! This week I was sick so when I asked him to get me some cough drops he ended up getting 3 bags of Ricola, all different flavors because he wanted me to have variety. That was too sweet for words.
